Deposit and Shipping Info

Due to the nature of making a handcrafted instrument the time
it takes to complete your product can be longer than estimated.

Your deposit secures you a place in our queue to start your
guitar.

Deposit is not refundable, but applicable to another order or in
some cases we can sell the guitar and refund your deposit
(minus 15%)

Shipping is the financial responsibility of the customer unless
otherwise noted. Shipping charges are collected with final
payment.
