Wildlife Series #1 – Rattlesnake
This one-of-a-kind Thompson OM-Brazilian reflects the skin of a rattlesnake and other parts of this iconic reptile. A variety of different woods were chosen for the colors that highlight the rattlesnake – in the rosette, fretboard, tail wedge and bridge. This highly crafted guitar is the vision of Simon Haycraft using his abilities as an artist and inlay specialist to make this guitar come to life. The natural world is something that inspires Simon’s creative thinking – collaborating with the team at Thompson to share his vision has been inspiring and challenging. We look forward to have this one completed in the next month. We will share some additional photos and video soon.
